The Illinois Trainers Network (ITN) is a group of trainers serving an important role in preparing early care and education professionals to better meet the needs of the children they serve. In partnership with your local Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agencies, ITN approved trainers provide quality, accessible, affordable training for your staff or community. Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) and the local CCR&R work together to provide support, materials and payment for trainings conducted locally by Curricula and Specialty Trainers. All legally operating early child care and education providers have access to ITN services and may request training or assistance directly through INCCRRA and/or the CCR&R.

To become part of the network, a potential trainer/facilitator must fulfill all application and program requirements. After becoming an approved trainer, the Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (INCCRRA) and the local Child Care Resource and Referrals (CCR&Rs) work together to provide technical support, materials and payment for trainings reproduced locally. Curricula Trainers, Specialty Trainers, HeadsUp! Reading Facilitators are part of this network.
