Community Child Care Connection, INC. (CCCC) has been providing information and resources to support families since 1990.   Regardless of your role as a parent, grandparent, foster parents or guardian, or whatever your responsibility in a child's life, we know that you want to do your very best to nurture a child's healthy development.

CCCC strives to provide families with an overview of the vast array of programs and services that are available to support family life, provide education so families can make an informed child care choice and ultimately to support children's healthy development.

Overview of Referral Services

Community Child Care Connection, INC. provides referrals to parents looking for child care. All of the information that will be provided by the family will remain confidential. The child care providers listed in the referral are those that may meet your particular needs. These referrals are based on the information supplied by the providers and matched to the criteria requested by, you, the family member. We do not visit the program to verify the information is accurate. A listing with our agency is not a guarantee of quality. Community Child Care Connection, INC. is a referral service only. We do not endorse or recommend any child care provider or center over another. We provide unbiased referrals for families.

Before making any decision concerning your selection of child care, please read the additional links provided within this web site. You should also visit several providers before deciding which, if any, is best for your family’s needs. Do not hesitate to ask for and check references. The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) operates a Day Care Information Line that provides parents with licensing compliance information about licensed programs. We encourage you to call this Information Line at 1-877-746-0829. In addition, a copy of CCCC’s complaint policies can be viewed and concerns may be submitted to our office either by phone or in writing.

A fee is charged to some parents using our services. The fee is based on a sliding scale according to the family size and income. This is an annual fee that covers unlimited use of CCCC’s referral services for one year.
