COMMUNITY CHID CARE CONNECTION, INC. Many parents tell us that they are concerned with leaving their children with strangers. CCCC does not monitor child care programs. We cannot guarantee the quality of any of the programs you have requested. Having a complaint policy allows us to direct families to the correct place when situations come up that point to abuse and neglect, fraud, or other major concerns. A summary of our Complaint Policy follows:
CCCC tries hard to help families and providers in any way that we can. If you have concerns about the service you received from our agency, please call us and talk to one of our supervisors at 1-800-676-2805. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. If you would like more information about our complaint policy or the rules we follow when a person contacts us, please email us at: info@CCCConnect.org.
